Common questions before onboarding.
Can we create an account directly?
No. Public registration is hidden. New organisations send an enquiry, then the admin team reviews and creates the client account.
Can each brand use its own email domain?
Yes. Clients can create multiple brands and configure approved sender emails, custom SMTP, and domain-based sending.
Can campaigns be scheduled?
Yes. Clients can create a campaign from a brand, sender email, template, and list, then send immediately or schedule it.
Who approves sender emails?
The admin panel shows pending sender emails and allows approval before campaigns are sent from those addresses.
